whats annoying is when your foot itches when you have your shoes on... its never an itch that will just go away on its own either!

whenever i get an eye twitch or muscle spasm ...
i try to relax and let it go on for as long as it will.
i think it feels good.

i wish i could make involuntary actions happen at will ... but then they wouldn't be involuntary, now would they *!*
